Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship Braddyll products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times depend on your location. During drops, preorders, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may take longer
Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once a return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back to us.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns sent to parcel shops will not be collected and will be sent back to the customer.
Please note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty). The amount depends on the return shipping method and your location.
Condition of Returned Items
If an item is returned not in its original condition or without original packaging, Braddyll reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover depreciation in value. This assessment will be made at our discretion upon receiving the item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for in-stock items requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once an exchange is approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back to us.
- We’ll hold the exchange item for you for up to 30 days.
- If the return doesn’t reach us within this time, the reserved item may be released for sale.
- Any exchange received after 30 days will be processed as a return under our return policy.
